Scene 1
[The episode opens to show the entrance of the airport, the front doors burst open and Patsy runs in before collapsing on the floor. Camera zooms in on her face as she looks up and tears are rolling down her face]
Patsy: (Calls out) OH my god….Please someone help me!
(Camera pans around and we see Trudy, Slade and Sammy run into the hallway. As Sammy steps towards Patsy, Patsy pushes herself up and the three Mallrats stare at her in shock)
Trudy: Patsy your….
Patsy: (Nods) I know!
[Camera zooms in on Patsy’s face before cutting to black]
Scene 2
[Camera fades in from black to show KC sat at Alice’s bar with a glass of Vodka in front of him and Alice behind the bar cleaning glasses. The bar is empty apart from the two of them]
Alice: You have to go back to the airport some time KC?
KC: (Raises an eyebrow) Coming from you?
(KC looks at the glass before he downs the Vodka while at the same time, the door is pushed open and Sammy enters)
(Sammy stands in the door way for a second as he tries to catch his breathe)
Alice: Everything ok Sammy?
(Sammy points in the direction of the airport)
Sammy: Airport…Patsy….
(KC snaps his head round to stare at Sammy)
Sammy: (continued) Escaped…Chosen
KC: (cuts in) Patsy is back!
Sammy: (holds onto his heart) didn’t I…just say that!
[In a flash KC has jumped out of his chair and barges past Sammy. Alice can’t help but smile as she follows him. The camera pans around before the scene fades to black]
Scene 3
[Camera slowly fades in from black to show a sleeping Tally leaning against a tent post. Tally opens her eyes and pulls away from the pole to only find her hands tied together around the post.]
(A dark shadow appears over Tally, causing the younger girl to look up)
(Camera pans out to show Tanzie leering over Tally)
Tally: (Voice breaking) What are you going to do with me?
Tanzie: Your prisoner of the new age chosen…isn’t that obvious?
[Tanzie turns and leaves while laughing. Camera zooms in on Tally who is sobbing against the pole before fading out]
Scene 4
[The camera fades in from the previous scene to show the Mallrats gathered in the meeting room, Trudy wheels Amber into the room as Amber looks around and nods at Bray, their gaze is polite but not rude.]
(Bray stands up and the Mallrats fall silent)
Bray: Okay everyone. I know that this is a bad time, with the Chosen, but we have reason to be happy. Patsy is back.
(The Mallrats cheer)
Bray: Pats, can you tell us anything?
(Patsy nods)
Patsy: I'll tell you what I know, but its not a lot. The Chosen are different, there are two leaders, Caleb and the
Guardian. The Guardian is completely loco, he's lost it big time and thinks that the way forward is to impregnate girls with the 'next generation' of the Chosen.
Trudy / Amber: What?
Patsy: And then there's Caleb and Tanzie, completely nuts also but call themselves the real Chosen or true Chosen... something like that. All I know is... is....
(Patsy stops mid sentence as her eyes grow wide, the camera pans around to show what she is looking at and we see that Alice, KC and Sammy have walked in the doorway of the meeting room. Sammy runs to Lottie and Alice stands behind KC as she slaps him on the back)
Patsy (with tears): KC....
(KC says nothing and runs towards Patsy, Patsy pushes her chair back and stands up. We can now see that Patsy is around six months pregnant.)
KC: What....
(KC stops in his footsteps and shakes his head in disbelief, turning around quickly to leave.)
Patsy: KC?
(KC walks out of the meeting room, Patsy runs after him and bursts into tears, Alice catches her at the doorway as she falls into the younger girls arms.)
Patsy: KC?
[Patsy sobs her heart out into Alice's arms as the rest of the Mallrats look around at each other, neither sure what to say as the camera fades to black.]
Scene 5
[Camera fades in from black to show Caleb staring at himself in a mirror in his tent; he is dressed in a black rope with a red collar and red detail. He is wearing Zoot’s trademark tribal marks. Caleb smiles to himself and turns away from the mirror to find Tanzie standing by the entrance of the tent wearing a long deep red dress, they link arms and leave the tent]
(As they go outside they are greeted by hundreds of follows calling out for Zoot and when they see Caleb they cheer for their new leader. Caleb raises his hands and the crowd fall silent)
Caleb: A new day is upon us….let the days of The New Chosen begin!
(His follows scream out in excitement again)
Caleb: For our future to start we have to wipe out the past…starting with the Old Chosen!
[Camera Zooms in on Caleb’s hard face before cutting to the next scene]
Scene 6
[Camera cuts to show Lottie standing in the kitchen; she is standing over a mug of tea and is using a spoon to stir it while lost in her own thoughts. Sammy comes up behind her and wraps his arms around her waist]
Sammy: Hey you
(Lottie doesn’t respond)
Sammy: (Smiles) Earth to Lottie!
Lottie: (Snaps out of it) Oh…huh? Hey Sammy!
Sammy: (Raises an eyebrow) Are you alright…?
Lottie: Yea…I’m fine….just freaked out by the whole Chosen thing, you know what I mean?
Sammy: (nods) You don’t have to worry…I will always be by your side
(Sammy turns Lottie round in his arms and pulls her into a hug)
Sammy: I will look after you forever!
Lottie: (Whispers) I know
[Camera pans out to show that Lottie is staring of into the distance again…but this time she has her eyes set on a the knife rank. Camera pans out before fading to black]
Scene 7
[The camera cuts in to show a beach, the camera sweeps across the beach ]
(The camera comes to rest on one of the cages, the camera pans to a close up of the cage and across several of the occupants and comes to rest on a dark haired girl.)
(The camera pans around the dark haired girl and we see that it is Danni.)
[The camera pans out and shows that there is not one cage, but numerous across a large stretch of land. The camera pans out and cuts to black.]
Scene 8
[The camera pans in to show KC sitting in his and Patsy's room. He is staring out of the window and turns around when we hear footsteps. The camera pans around to show who the footsteps belong to and we see that it is Patsy. She has a tear stained face and holds a tissue in her hand.]
(KC looks through the half opened door to Patsy, the camera pans to Patsy's face and then down to her small bump, he swallows several times and then says nothing.)
(Patsy pushes the door open and walks in a few steps)
Patsy (softly): KC?
(KC says nothing and turns away)
Patsy: KC?
(KC still says nothing and Patsy bursts into tears again, running from the room leaving behind KC)
KC: Shit!
[KC gets up and punches the wall and then falls backwards on the bed, staring at the ceiling as the camera cuts to the next scene.]
Scene 9
[Camera cuts in, we see that Ebony is walking outside towards a figure on the horizon, the camera follows Ebony as she gets nearer. The girl in the future turns around to face Ebony and we can see that it is Patsy. She is sitting on an old crate and staring into space.]
Patsy: I was expecting you...
Ebony: Yeah...
Patsy: Pull up a pew...
(Ebony grabs another nearby crate and sits opposite Patsy)
Ebony: I need to know... what you know about the babies. About where they keep them?
(Patsy sighs)
Patsy: I don't know much. When the girls in my cell came to term, and were ready to give birth, they were moved out to have the babies and then returned to start all over again. They never got to see their children. But I heard stories that there was a nursery in the centre of the camp. I don't know the whereabouts, I can't be sure... I'm sorry.
Ebony: Okay...
Patsy: I...
(Ebony gets up and shakes her head, tears forming in the corner of her eyes)
Ebony: I have to go...
[Patsy watches as Ebony walks away and puts her hand on her small bump, feeling protective for her unborn child as she starts to cry softly and the camera fades to black.]
Scene 10
[Camera fades in from black to show Gel crashes on her sofa in her private Jet, a selection of wedding magazines are scattered on the table in front of her. She leans over and picks one up where she starts to flick through the pages]
(Phoenix appears from the bedroom, he observes Gel and shakes his head before he takes a seat on the arm of the chair. Gel looks up and smiles at him)
Gel: Ever since I was little I dreamed of the perfect wedding, hundreds of pink flowers, ribbons, flower girls, the whole lot….
Phoenix: (Cuts in) And you know if it was possible I would get everything you wanted but Gel, I don’t think know is really the best time to talk about weddings
Gel: (Frowns) I know but I can’t help it
Phoenix: I know
(He leans over and gently kisses her)
Phoenix: As soon as the whole Chosen thing is out of the way we can talk about weddings until we turn blue
Gel: You promise?
Phoenix: (Nods) Promise
[The couple share another kiss as the camera pans out and fades to black]
Scene 11
[Camera fades in from black and pans around Patsy’s room to show Patsy lying on her bed gently rubbing her bump while lost in her own little world. Camera pans around as Jack appears in the door way, he gently knocks on the door frame, causing Patsy to snap out of her dream, she looks up and smiles at Jack]
Patsy: Come in Jack!
(Jack nods and walks into the room where he stands above the bed)
Jack: I just wanted to say that I am so sorry….I’m so sorry Patsy, it’s all my fault you got caught…I would understand….
(Patsy reaches out and places one of her hands on top of Jack’s and smiles warmly up at him)
Patsy: (shakes her head) I don t blame you Jack, we both knew the risks when we wen…
Jack: Still I shouldn’t of left you
Patsy: (Smiles) It doesn’t matter Jack…
(Jack smiles back and leans over to hug Patsy)
Patsy: Now Jack I have something important to ask you
Jack: Anything?
Patsy: (Smiles) You need to fill me in with all the gossip since I’ve been away!
[The two friends laugh as Jack takes a seat on the edge of the bed and starts to explain everything. The camera pans out on the scene before fading to black]
Scene 12
[The camera fades in from black and shows Ebony in her room, she is rummaging around in the wardrobe as Dreamer steps in the doorway.]
Dreamer: What you doing?
(Ebony continues to search through her wardrobe)
Ebony: Looking for something.
Dreamer: What?
(Ebony pulls out a knife and holds it up)
Ebony: This.
Dreamer: Ebony. What are you going to do with that?
Ebony: Kill the fucking Chosen.
(Ebony turns to storm out of the room, Dreamer puts up her hands to stop Ebony but Ebony pushes past her and Dreamer falls to the floor, grabbing her ankle and crying in pain as she does.)
Dreamer: Ow!
(Ebony stops and turns back to Dreamer, realising she may have hurt her friend)
Ebony: Are you okay?
Dreamer (nods): My ankle. I think its twisted.
Ebony: I'm sorry.
Dreamer: Don't do this Ebony.
Ebony: What?
Dreamer: Don't go charging off. It won't help at all.
(Ebony rolls her eyes and goes to move away from Dreamer, Apollo appears in the doorway.)
Apollo: What's going on?
Dreamer: Stop her!
(Apollo grabs hold of Ebony and the knife falls to the ground. Dreamer reaches out and grabs the knife, throwing it across the room. Apollo pins Ebony against the wall.)
(Ebony slumps down the wall and falls into a ball as she starts to cry)
Ebony: I want my son back!
[Dreamer moves over to Ebony and hugs her friend, the camera panning from the two to Apollo and then cutting to black.]
Scene 13
[Amber is sitting in her room on the bed, as Bray walks in, Bray jnr and Rain are standing behind him. Amber sees them and her eyes narrow.]
Amber: What do you want?
Bray: I was hoping you would spend some time with us. As a family.
Amber: She's not my family!
(Amber's eyes narrow at Rain, but the young girl doesn't notice and continues to hold Bray jnr's hand)
Bray: Well she's part of mine and I wish you would be as well.
Amber (shakes her head): No.
Bray: Well she's going to always be a part of mine...
(Amber turns away from Bray who shrugs and sighs)
Bray: Come on kids... lets go play.
Bray jnr / Rain: Yay!
(Bray walks out of the room and closes the door, leaving Amber alone in her room.)
Amber: Asshole!
[Amber picks up a vase and smashes it against the wall, before collapsing onto the bed and staring at the ceiling. The camera cuts to black.]
Scene 14
[Camera cuts in from black to show Jack and Ellie eating in the cafe, Jack is eating his food, shovelling it in his mouth and thoroughly enjoying it. Ellie on the other hand is picking at her food, moving it around the plate and using the fork to scrape it around, causing a loud squeaking noise to be heard.]
(Jack slams down his fork)
Jack: Do you have to?
(Ellie looks up and seems confused)
Ellie: Huh?
Jack: The noise... it's driving me nuts.
Ellie (blankly): Sorry.
(Ellie puts down her fork)
Jack: Not eating?
Ellie (shakes her head): No... why do you keep bugging me?
Jack: Because your a sack of bones Ellie, because your hair is falling out and because your sick.
Ellie: I am not!
(Ellie bursts into tears and starts to sob loudly)
Jack (hisses): Stop it!
Ellie: Don't yell at me!
(Ellie sobs even louder as Jack sighs and stands up)
Ellie: Where are you going?
Jack: Away from you!
Ellie (squeaking): Why?!
Jack: Because you're driving me nuts. I can't do nothing to help!
Ellie: JACK!
[Jack shakes his head and leaves the cafe, as Ellie sobs into the table and the camera cuts to the next scene.]
Scene 15
[In fades the camera, Amber and Trudy are sitting in the cafe, Bray jnr and Brady are sitting playing on the floor as the two women prepare vegetables for dinner. The camera pans in from the back of the cafe as Patsy walks in.]
Patsy: Hi.
Trudy: Hi Patsy.
(Patsy walks to the kitchen and fills a jug of water. As she looks over her shoulder at Amber and Trudy, the two girls are staring at her. Shaking it off Patsy finishes filling up the jug.)
Trudy (whispers): What do you think?
Amber (shrugs): I don't know...
Trudy: Maybe!
(Patsy picks up the jug and walks back through the cafe, both Amber and Trudy stare at her. Patsy stops in her pace).
Patsy: What?
Amber (looks confused): Huh?
Patsy: I'm not dumb. I know you were talking about me.
Trudy (shakes her head): No we weren't, we're just worried about you.
Patsy: No you're not. You think my baby is one of them... don't you?
(Amber and Trudy glance at each other)
Amber: No!
Trudy: Of course not!
Patsy: Yes you do... you think my baby is one of the Chosen! It's not. My baby is KC's. Why won't anyone believe me!
[Patsy storms off as Amber and Trudy look at each other and shrug, the camera fading to black.]
Scene 16
[The camera cuts in, we see KC standing in the airport corridor, staring over the railings to the lower levels. The camera follows around to show that Lex is walking down the corridor pushing a pram with Theo asleep in. He stops to the side of KC and checks Theo is okay before turning to KC.]
Lex: Bad day?
(KC snorts and rolls his eyes)
Lex: Yeah, must have been a bad day. With Patsy's return and all.
KC: What do you want Lex?
Lex: To see how you are mate.
KC: Yeah?
Lex (nods): Yeah. We've been through so much.
KC: Yeah. Tell me about it.
(KC sighs sadly)
Lex: So how's things with you and Patsy?
KC: How do you think?
Lex: That bad, huh?
KC (nods): Yeah. I can't face her... not knowing she's pregnant with a Chosen brat. Knowing that she betrayed me.
Lex: And tell me, when did you develop this power?
KC: What?
Lex: To read peoples minds. I mean, if you have all the answers, then you've solved the problem to do with relationships.
KC (frowns): What?
Lex: Stop being an idiot KC!
KC: Excuse me!
(Lex stands back and shakes his head as Theo stirs in his sleep)
Lex: I said stop being an idiot. You are so lucky. You still have someone in your life.
(Lex picks up his son)
Lex: Look at me, widowed twice and now a single father. I have only one good thing left in my life... my son. You have so much to live for and you're being an idiot, you're about to throw it away!
(KC looks at Lex, suddenly realising what an idiot he is being, as his face turns from anger to shock.)
KC: Lex...
Lex: Go to her KC, while you still can!
(KC nods and takes off sprinting down the corridor towards his room as Lex is left with his son)
Lex: My work here is done!
[Lex laughs as he watches KC leave and turns his attention back to his son as the camera fades to black.]
Scene 17
[The camera fades in from black to show the old Chosen camp. Most of the camp was destroyed during the fight. Camera pans around to show groups of Chosen gathered together unsure what to do with themselves.
Voice of Screen: (Screams) Put me down…do you know who I am?
(Camera pans around to show Viola being dragged out of her tent by three Chosen guards)
Viola: (Kicking and screaming) Guardian!!!!!!
(The Groups of Chosen watch as Viola is dragged through the camp. Camera pans around to show she is being dragged towards the Guardians tent. The guardian appears in the door way as the group reach the door)
Guardian: What’s all the noise about
Viola: Tell you guys to put me the hell down!
(The Guardian shakes his head and kneels in front of Viola, he runs one of his hands along her face)
Guardian: I can’t…you see with two of my wives already gone missing with my children...I cant let the same happen with you….
Viola: (Looks scared) what are you going to do with me?
(The Guardian stands back up and nods to the guards who drag Viola into the tent as she screams for help. The Guardian turns to his followers)
Guardian: Let the war of the Chosen begin!
(His followers cheer in response)
[Camera cuts to inside the tent to show that Viola is now tied and gagged to the Guardian’s bed. Camera zooms in on her to show she has tears rolling down her cheeks. Camera fades to black]
Scene 18
[The camera fades in from black to show Alice walking into Ellie and Jack's room. The sound of crying can be heard from behind the bed and Alice runs over, concerned that something is seriously wrong. She finds Ellie laying on the floor, crying her eyes out and curled up into the foetal position.]
Alice: Ellie... what on earth is the matter?
(Ellie hears her sister and turns to her, jumping into her arms as she hugs her big sister)
Ellie: Oh Alice!
(Alice hugs her sister back and strokes her hair. She notices that Ellie's hair is thinner and some of it is coming out in her hands)
Alice: Ellie. What's wrong?
Ellie (between sobs): My... life... is... falling... apart!
[Ellie sobs again ever more, her body racked with sobs as Alice holds her close and the camera cuts to the next scene.]
Scene 19
[Camera cuts to show Caleb and Tanzie sat in there tent together with a blanket wrapped around them, Caleb has both of his hands rested on Tanzie’s large bump]
Caleb: can’t be long now can it?
Tanzie: A day or two…give or take
Caleb: …and then our son will be the true child of Zoot!
Tanzie: the one and only
(the couple share a passionate kiss)
Tanzie: …but what about Viola and Tally, they are both carrying the Guardian’s children
(Caleb nods and pushes himself up; he walks over to the entrance of the tent and stares of into the distance)
Caleb: Their children can’t be born…(turns back to Tanzie)…we have to stop them before its too late…Starting with Tally!
[Camera zooms in on Caleb before fading to the next scene]
Scene 20
[Camera fades in from black to show Jared and Darryl walking though a park towards Brooke’s bar. In the distance a group of five guys are hanging by a tree]
Darryl: Maybe we should go the other way
Jared: To late for that Darryl
(Darryl looks up to see that the five guys are walking towards them)
Jared: (Whispers) Chosen!
Darryl: (whispers) Do we run
Jared: Not yet!
(The five guys surround the two boys)
Justin: You boys ever consider joining the chosen?
Jared: I considered it…(Smirks) then thought better of it!
Justin: (Raises his hand) You little shit
Jared: (Grabs Darryl’s hand) This is where we run!
(Jared kicks Chosen one causing him to fall backwards. Jared and Darryl barge past the other ones and make a run for it)
Chosen two: Should we go after then?
Justin: (Pushes himself up) NO they will get wants coming to them, did you not see the other guys markings…he’s a Mall Rat!
[Camera zooms in on Justin’s face before fading to black]
Scene 21
[Camera pans in to Jack and Ellie's room, Ellie is lying on the bed, her eyes are tear stained and she is staring into space. Jack walks into the room and heads for the wardrobe.]
(Ellie looks over at Jack and he glances back at her, both of them don't say anything. Jack gets out a change of clothes from the wardrobe as Ellie speaks)
Ellie: Are you going somewhere?
(Jack turns around to face Ellie)
Jack: I'm going to spend a few nights in one of the spare rooms. I think we need our space.
(Ellie says nothing)
Jack: I think you need some time alone.
Ellie: You blame me don't you?
Jack: Huh?
Ellie: You blame me for the death of our baby don't you?
(Jack shakes his head and heads for the door)
Jack: No Ellie... I don't. I just wish you would get better. You're not the woman I married. I've tried to get you back, but I can't find you. I don't know what else I can do.
Ellie: How about not walking out on your problems!
Jack: Don't...
Ellie: What?
Jack: Just don't Ellie!
[Jack shakes his head and walks out of the room without a backwards glance. The camera cuts to black.]
Scene 22
[Camera fades in from black to show Tanzie walking through the new chosen camp with two of her hand maids.]
(Tanzie suddenly stops in her tracks and wraps her arms around her stomach as she double overs in pain)
Tanzie: Oh god!
Hand Maid one: Tanzie?
Tanzie: It’s coming…the baby’s coming!
Hand Maid one: (Calls out) Get Caleb! Come on Sweet pea lets get you inside!
[The two hand maids help Tanzie back towards her tent as the camera pans out before fading to black]
Scene 23
[Camera lowly fades in from black as Kaiser Chiefs - I Predict A Riot starts to play]
(Camera pans around one of the many streets to show two Chosen members and three New Chosen members square up to each other)
Watching the people get lairy
Is not very pretty I tell thee
Walking through town is quite scary
And not very sensible either
(The first new chosen guy shakes his head before clenching his fist and hitting the guy in front of him square in the face. The other three jump into the fight)
A friend of a friend he got beaten
He looked the wrong way at a policeman
Would never have happened to Smeaton

(Camera cuts to show a Chosen girl being chased down by the street by a group of Six New Age Chosen girls, they pick up stones and start throwing them at the other girl. One of the stones hits the Chosen girl in the back of the head she lets out a scream as she crumbles to the floor)

(Camera fades into another scene to show Darryl and Jared looking through the bar’s window as a large fight breaks out between the two warring tribes)
I tried to get to my taxi
A man in a tracksuit attacked me
He said that he saw it before me
Wants to get things a bit gory
(The two boys duck down as a brick is thrown through the window sending glass all over the floor)
Girls scrabble around with no clothes on
To borrow a pound for a condom
If it wasn't for chip fat, they'd be frozen
They're not very sensible
(Scene changes to show Justin setting a building on fire, while both Chosen and New Age Chosen Fight within it, he can’t control his laughter as he walks away, a member of the chosen steps up to him and Justin head buts him causing him to fall to the floor)

[Camera pans out as the song dies down. The camera fades to black before cutting out]
Scene 24
[Camera cuts back inside of the airport to show KC walking towards Patsy’s room, he quickly checks himself in a near by mirror, before entering the room]
KC: Pasty?
(Patsy turns away from KC and starts to fix her hair while looking in the mirror)
Patsy: (bluntly) What do you want?
KC: Please Patsy…I’m sorry….Can we please talk!
(Patsy closes her eyes and takes a deep breathe before she turns to face him)
Patsy: Of course we can talk
KC: (Smiles) Thank you!
[KC walks further into the room and takes a seat at the edge of the bed, Camera zooms out before fading out]
Scene 25
[The camera fades in, we see the changed figure of Ryan from the last episode appear at the entrance to the airport. He stands there for several minutes sighing deeply before pushing the door open and walking in.]
(The camera switches to the inside of the airport to the cafe where most of the Mallrats are gathered and are eating. The camera pans around and focuses on Cass and Jake, she feeds Jake his bottle as the general chatter of the Mallrats can be heard.)
(The camera pans around to show the entrance to the cafe, as Ryan walks in and stands there for several minutes before someone notices him.)
Jack (loudly): Ryan?
(The cafe falls silent as the camera pans around to Cass, she slowly looks up and sees that it is Ryan, handing Jake to a nearby Trudy)
Cass (squeaks): Ryan?
[Ryan says nothing as Cass stands up and takes several steps towards Ryan before she falls to the floor in a faint. The whole tribe gasps and runs to her side, the camera turning to Ryan before cutting to the end credits.]
